Any person wishing to access and/or subscribe to and/or use the Site or the Services may do so subject to the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, together with all other policies and principles that govern www.marasgourmet.com/pe and that are incorporated herein directly or by reference or that are explained and/or detailed in other sections of the Site. Consequently, all visits and all contracts and transactions made on this Site, as well as their legal effects, shall be governed by these rules and subject to applicable law in Peru.

The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies contained in this instrument shall apply and shall be understood as an integral part of all acts and contracts that are executed or entered into through the offer and marketing systems included in this site between the users of this site and Maras Gourmet © (hereinafter “the Company” or “Maras Gourmet” indistinctly). ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICIES, WHICH ARE MANDATORY AND BINDING, MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE AND / OR SERVICES.

The User must read, understand and accept all the conditions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Policies as well as in the other documents incorporated therein by reference, prior to registering as a User of the Site and/or acquiring products and/or providing any data for any purpose whatsoever. Quality, Warranty and Returns Policy

Warranty Process: When a product purchased on the Site has a manufacturing defect, the consumer may request the repair of the product, if this is not possible, the consumer may request a new identical product. The warranty period is determined for each type of product, and such information appears on the product page of the Site. The warranty period starts to run from the date of receipt of the product by the consumer. To make the warranty effective, the consumer must contact our customer service line, either by telephone or by e-mail, where he/she will be given instructions on how to process the warranty.

To make the warranty effective, the following procedure must be followed:

  1. Within the corresponding warranty period, the customer will contact the Company’s customer service department specifying the details that justify the application of the warranty.
  2. Only with the Company’s authorization, the user will proceed to deliver the product to the Company for revision.
  3. Once the product is received, the Company will have 2 working days to evaluate the application of the warranty. If applicable, the Company will communicate the solution to be applied (repair, replacement or reimbursement).
  4. The Company will have up to 7 additional working days to make the communicated solution effective. The solution communicated is not negotiable.

The warranty applies only and exclusively for manufacturing faults or abnormal state of the product. Excluding any type of damage and deterioration caused by use.

Any refund resulting from the application of the warranty, will be made in credit to be used on the Site for future purchases.

A cookie refers to a file that is sent with the purpose of requesting permission to be stored on your computer, by accepting this file is created and the cookie is then used to have information regarding web traffic, and also facilitates future recurrent. Payment Methods

The products offered on this site (www.marasgourmet.com), unless a different method is indicated for particular cases, can only be paid for by the means specifically indicated in each case. The Site may indicate certain conditions of purchase depending on the means of payment used by the user. Maras Gourmet © may grant discounts in the form of credits that Users may deduct from their purchase. In each case, the maximum amount of credits that the User will be able to use in a purchase will be determined unilaterally and will be detailed in the system, prior to initiating the payment process. The credits used by the Users will not be refunded in case of return of the products, for any reason whatsoever.

Dispatch of Products: Products purchased through the Site will be subject to the dispatch and delivery conditions chosen by the user and available on the Site. The information of the place of shipment is the sole responsibility of the user. The terms chosen for dispatch and delivery are counted from the time the company has validated the purchase order and the means of payment used, and are considered working days and / or office hours, for the fulfillment of this deadline.

The company will communicate with the buyers to provide the data and the estimated date of shipment.

If the User is absent when visited to drop off the order, 1 (one) additional attempt will be made. In case the User is absent for the second time, the shipment will be returned to our offices, and the User will have to contact us to coordinate a new delivery, the cost of which will be at the User’s exclusive charge.

In the case of shipments by land agencies, it is the User’s obligation to consult about the arrival of the shipment of his order to the chosen agency, after the estimated time of arrival, the company will be responsible for sharing with the buyers the waybill of the chosen agency.

Delivery Conditions and Terms

Promotions & Coupons

Promotions: The promotions offered on this website are not necessarily the same as those offered by other sales channels used by the Company, such as physical stores, Telephone sales, catalogs or others, unless expressly stated on this site or in the advertising made by the companies for each promotion. In cases where the Site contains promotions consisting of free or discounted delivery of a product for the purchase of another, then the dispatch of the good that is delivered for free or at a discounted price, will be made in the same place in which the purchased product is dispatched.

Coupons: The coupons that are used in the promotions of the website are applied with a minimum purchase to access the discount, also purchases have free delivery from the amount established by each coupon. Coupons do not apply to Kamado and Kamado Accessories categories.

Discounts do not apply to shipping costs.
